I believe women to be quite confusing. This blog will attempt to detail the differences between those women I am accustomed to and those who attend Berea College, paying particular attention to the interactions between myself and them. This blog is not simply a journal; it is the journey of one college student to unravel the intricate mystery surrounding the opposite sex. How do they think? Why do they react the way they do? Just how different from us are they? For the men, this will likely be a semi-insightful foray into the subject that perplexes us all. For the ladies, this will likely be nothing more than an amusing, bumbling, heavy-handed attempt to do something that cannot be done.(And perhaps should not be done.)
Unfortunately, the comparisons aren't going to be very fresh, as it’s been at least a couple weeks since I’ve interacted with any of the females from my own town, so my memory of them isn't likely to be as fresh as those I’ve made in the past two weeks. Therefore, I’ll keep the comparisons to as near a minimum as possible for now; however, I’ll also be attempting to reconnect with the women I intend to contrast with in advance of actually writing a comparison: hopefully some of my ex-girlfriends have forgiven me (And vice-versa, there are a few I’d really rather not talk to just yet). So, I ask you to stick with me as I cover a few less juicy, personal topics during my first few posts, as I don’t doubt I’ll need time to steel myself for these upcoming, inevitable confrontations.
I'm interested in your label of personal demons -- are those your personal demons or are women personal demons? :)
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in that label too.
ReplyDeleteYour topic sounds wonderful and I look forward to reading your analysis of us confusing creatures!
